Finance Tools Survey: Mapping Sentiment Across Microsoft Core Systems

We analyzed user sentiment about internal finance tools to gauge overall satisfaction. Our study identified factors influencing sentiment, potential friction points, and the alignment of tools with specific tasks. This evaluation will guide investment prioritization based on task importance and user satisfaction.
